The journey at a glance

Eighteen days of travel and retreat in northern India. Yoga, meditation, trekking and Tibetan Buddhism in Ladakh, the Indian Tibet: a transformative experience far from conventional tourism, through Delhi, Dharamsala, Amritsar, Leh and the valleys and monasteries of Ladakh, ending with a practice retreat in the vastness of the Himalaya.

A different kind of journey

This is not a pre-packaged tour. You will have to make decisions, step out of your comfort zone and open up to the unexpected.

We are not a conventional travel agency: the idea is to explore the outer world and the inner one, with practice, philosophy and real contact with local culture. More than a trip, it is a path of transformation in one of the most beautiful and spiritual places on the planet.

Flights, insurance and visas

By booking you accept that Matrika Yoga School and Pablo Ferrero do not book flights, insurance or visas. We advise you, but any issue must be resolved directly with the company concerned.
